just 9 months old so we entered her to Helsinki Winner
dog show weekend. Isla did pretty well, she got excellent

Championship
|

Jada took part to
North Karelia's District Championship. Exam was taken
place in Polvijärvi Finland. Jada got place at
qualifier for Finnish Championship! Qualifier exam
for Finnish Championship will be held at 31th of October.

11.10.2013 Virve exam, Jada got
92,25 points
|
|
Jada took part to Virve-
exam at in 11.10.2012. Exam is national and meant
for public authority. Jada & Kimmo stood for Frontier
Guard's team. Jada got 92,25 points and was placed
5/19.

7.10.2013 Exam in Sweden with Jada
|
|
We went to Sweden with Jada
to compete in elkhound exam. Exam went really well and
Jada got 1st prize. The exam result is official after
it is reviewed by local collegio. The exam day was nice.
The weather was ideal and there were many elks. The terrain
was rugged hazards and and there were no bystanders. Mother
elk and calf listened to more than 270 min Jada's bark.

4.10.2013 Exam in Leppälahti with
Jada

We tried to get result for Jada
for this year's district championship. Jada was second
time out in this year because of her season at the early
fall. The result was 78 points. We'll see if we will get
the ticket to district championship exam which will be
held on 18th of October 2013. Jada's last year's point
that will be counted in is 94 points.

11.8.2013 Jada is now also Finnish
Show Champion!

We went to Joensuu international dog show today with
Jada. Jada was best
bitch with CAC and CACIB. So she achieved the title
of Finnish Show Champion! The judge was Elina Haapaniemi
from Finland.
"4 years old. Good type, in good tight condition.
Good proportions. Adequate dimensions. Lovely feminine
head, eyes and expression. Good bite and teeth. Reasonable
ears. Good bone and feet. Sufficient neck. Good front
angulations. Good chest and body & muscle. Well
angulated hind legs. Tail is curving right. Good coat
quality, not in the best condition. Moves well. Carries
herself beautifully. Excellent character."

of our litter W, visited in Norway to compete at International
dog show. Show went really well, Welho was best male and
got CAC & CACIB --> So he got new titles for International
Champion, Norwegian Show Champion & Northern Show
Champion. Our warmest congratulations to owners of Welho
as well as his breeders!

weeks old labrador retriever male puppy who we picked up
from Varjoahon kennel.
Matula will follow our Iitu's pawprints.

We sure will be busy with these girls but they sure are
best friends for each other.

Juno's puppies are due at the beginning of March and Jada at the
end of March.

17.2.2012 Elkhound Society's Annual Meeting
|

|
We attend to Elkhound Society's annual meeting during this weekend.
It was quite a day. Kimmo was chosen to be the elkhound man
of the year 2012 and Jada won all Society's annual competitions;
best female elkhound, Veikon cup and annual trophy. That was
a great end for the great year 2012.
Now looking forward to see what this year brings!
